Ronald L. Miller, Jr., founder and President of Windsor Westfield, is an innovative Senior Executive and Board Director with public company, investment banking and private equity experience. Mr. Miller delivers expertise in capital markets, public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, private equity/venture capital, budget forecasting, business development, corporate governance, investor relations, financial analysis and modeling, and contract negotiations. He most recently served as Director of the Mitchell A. Saltz Family Office, where he held senior executive officer positions for several of the portfolio companies. Mr. Miller’s career includes over twenty years as a middle market investment banker focused on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financings, primarily in the consumer sector. He was a founder of Alare Capital Partners, LLC, a FINRA licensed middle-market investment banking and strategic advisory firm. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Miller has served since 2010 as a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Quest Resource Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: QRHC), a national provider of waste and recycling services. Mr. Miller began his career in the investment banking department of PaineWebber, Inc.
